Week 8-9-10

The barman :

After a lot of thinking we decided to create a robot in the design of a "barman", looking closely we agreed that if the robot will be Inanimate (for example a pitcher) it will be a problem, saying "pitcher pour me.." is weird and nobody wants to talk to a pitcher or a cup or anything that does not resemble a humen. That reason led us to decide on a "barman" robot design. The connection between barman and cups is obvious plus talking to a humen shape robot is more comfortable then talking to a pitcher.

User testing video:

In two weeks we are going to present our idea to the CEO of microsoft isreal, a part of that representation includes a user testing video. This video supposed to show the difference between the families reaction to the device. In the video we see them using the robot (we explained them before how the robot works and what is the main idea behind it), after that we ask them how did they feel about our product? what did they like and what did they wish to improve? By hearing their thoughts we can understand what still needs to be done in order to make the device perfect.
